A Drupal website, 16 languages and a collaboration spread over 2 continents

Carmeuse is a leading global producer of lime, high calcium limestone and dolomitic stone dedicated to many different uses. Staffed by more than 4,000 people, Carmeuse has an international presence that spans Western, Central and Eastern Europe , North and South America, Africa, Middle East and Asia.

We have created a global platform, common to all continents, where Carmeuse is implanted in order to standardize the digital ecosystem of this world leader.

Extensive design and strategic exploration to meet user needs

Given the magnitude of the challenge that this site represented, the strategy phase was crucial. A simple and flexible architecture had to be created so that each country can easily appropriate it.

We conducted an optimal conceptual exploration to solve the problems related to theses different regions. The rest of the project was carried out in “product design” mode in order to establish the best transcription of the strategy.

The integration of multilingual and navigable 3D plans.

For a company such as Carmeuse, facilitating the understanding of complex projects is one of the major challenges of communication. We implemented the 3D plans and translations in our backoffice in partnership with

It’s well known that it’s always complicated to do something simple. And creating a global multi-language platform with flexible and adaptable content was a big challenge.
We will always want to make technological platforms with complex communication issues accessible and simple.
